Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Egel Enrico, Ludwig-Kons-Str.29, 50129 Bergheim, Germany, 2wheels_company@gmx.de, Phone: +492271 5075039) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.  You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Products must be returned in perfect condition for resale and in their original condition. Incomplete, damaged, or otherwise damaged products that impair the normal marketability of the product will not be refunded.

You only have to compensate for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

In addition, some products are excluded from withdrawal. These include goods and products that have been custom-made for the consumer or ordered on a custom basis (e.g., from the manufacturer/importer/wholesaler), as well as orders with bulky goods. This includes, among others, motorcycles, mini bikes, event tents. Furthermore, sensitive products such as electronics are excluded from withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if you are not a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB.

Deviating return shipping cost regulation for Germany We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

Return labels Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return within Germany. By using these return labels, the return is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by email. You can hand in the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
